Liz’s fascination with consumer behavior led her to pursue a career in account management and client relations, spanning over seven years and diverse industries such as tech, finance, CPG, hospitality, education, and non-profits. Her ability to surpass client expectations and forge lasting partnerships has been a hallmark of her career.
One of Liz’s most cherished achievements was spearheading a transformative project for a non-profit social venture. By collaborating closely with the client, Liz and her team designed and implemented a platform that provided users with access to resources, funding, and a supportive community. This impressive feat positioned Liz and her team as a strategic extension of the non-profit organization, showcasing her dedication to bridging the gap between client objectives and audience engagement.
Liz firmly believes that exceptional account management is rooted in empathy, active listening, and a commitment to fostering genuine partnerships through trust and mutual respect. She understands that a blend of active listening and thoughtful inquiry is key to gaining a deep understanding of clients’ needs and expectations.
Outside of work, Liz loves staying active; she’s either hanging out with her dogs in the great outdoors or lacing up her boxing gloves. And when she’s not working on her punching bag combinations, she’s working on combinations in the kitchen, whipping up culinary creations with her own unique twist on recipes!
