Eigen Sense by Eigen Patterns develops collaborative anomaly detection and pattern recognition systems that blend machine learning and human insight, to deliver powerful real-time monitoring capabilities.

WHAT WE DID

Focused on the users’ main day-to-day objectives, we designed Eigen Sense’s first ever SaaS platform to provide concurrent real time monitoring of an entire network with optimal workflow for alert detection and user action.

What we made

Determining the most essential
features for the MVP

As a new product and one of a kind product in its market, we focused on prioritizing primary features for the first version. Our focus was to get an MVP out to market to test with the idea that we will be iterating the product with feedback.

User Centered Design

In order for this product to be effective, it had to be loved and most importantly helpful to the end-user. Through user journey mapping and personas, we identified our target users’ pain points, priorities, and main KPIs to inform how we designed the platform.

Wireframes

Based on the business’s and end user’s requirements, we built  a scenario to find a proper and easy way to find/change and update information in the system

User Intefrace Design

Most of the system consists of tables and different charts. The new UI is based on minimalist forms,  icons and modern fonts. For this project, we chose a fresh and cool palette of colors with blue and green accent hues that are associated with technology and energy.

Words from our client
“The founders seemed to take a personal interest in the project. The team was very motivated and...good product intuition. And, it was a fun experience to work on the project with OAK THEORY!”
- Krishna, Founder and CEO of Eigen Patterns
