Veronica’s mind is wired for design, literally. As a neurodivergent woman, she has a unique ability to distill complex ideas into visuals that connect with people on a deeply relatable level. Over the past decade, she’s worked with brands of all sizes, from scrappy startups to Fortune 500 powerhouses—crafting impactful experiences across mediums like print, social media, and full scale rebrands for top organizations.
For Veronica, design isn’t just a job; it’s woven into every part of her life. Whether she’s diving into emerging tech, coding her next big idea, or racking up wins in Call of Duty, her passions all feed back into her work. A curious traveler and lifelong learner, she’s always seeking fresh inspiration and new ways to approach creativity.
During the pandemic, she co-founded Oak Theory with her business partner, Hannah, to create something revolutionary: a design studio where inclusivity isn’t an afterthought—it’s the foundation. At Oak Theory, Veronica focuses on crafting designs that go beyond aesthetics. It’s about creating digital spaces where everyone feels represented and valued, with seamless navigation and thoughtful details that truly make a difference.
Alongside Oak Theory, Veronica leads ChunkyBones, a mobile game studio with a bold mission: to bring more feminine energy and representation to the gaming industry, especially for women of color. Through innovative puzzle games and inclusive storytelling, she’s carving out space for voices and perspectives that often go unheard.
At her core, Veronica is more than just a designer—she’s a changemaker. Her work stands as proof that design can break boundaries, spark connections, and drive meaningful change. Whether building brands or reshaping the way people play, she’s on a mission to show the world what inclusive creativity can achieve.
