In today’s healthcare, Lynx simplifies experiences through its API-connected platform, creating an intuitive and integrated journey for users. As a user-driven creative studio, we eagerly embraced this challenge.

Background

Lynx, being at the forefront of health tech innovations, needed an ally who could not only grasp the intricacies of their particular industry but also design a robust, intuitive platform to reshape how consumers interact with healthcare.

Armed with our characteristic determination to prioritize the end user, we found a match in Lynx’s ambition to do the same. As Lynx pursued a SaaS platform to bridge the gap between consumers and health tech giants like CVS, Walgreens, and Bank of America, they also aimed to elevate beyond the norms of standard healthcare interfaces through beautiful design and stellar functionality.

What we did
Our journey together

We started our journey by delving deep into existing research, unveiling the core needs of the target audience. This foundation allowed us to understand the challenges and aspirations of HSA users, directing our approach in a manner that would resonate best with them.

With a clearer understanding of our direction, we progressed to designing wireframes, solidifying the functionality, and setting clear goals for the platform’s user experience.

The resulting design is our take on a user’s journey where every touchpoint builds value while maintaining clarity, which is essential in the healthcare space. Combining our expertise with Lynx’s vision, we crafted a design that is simple, sharp, and straightforward — a harmonious blend of high-contrast colors featuring blues, grays, and sparing touches of red.By prioritizing a clear user journey, we ensured that every interaction is intuitive, effective, and rewarding. Moreover, the versatile nature of our design ensures that any future partner looking to utilize the platform will find it seamlessly adaptable. Through style, we’ve communicated Lynx’s core values of trustworthiness, transparency, and headache-free efficiency.

In addition to creating a seamless and user-centric platform for Lynx, we also established a comprehensive design pattern library that played a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience of their clients. This library served as a valuable resource, enabling Lynx to customize the UX according to the unique needs and branding preferences of their partner companies.By meticulously documenting and organizing design elements, components, and interaction patterns, we empowered Lynx to efficiently adapt and tailor the platform to align with the distinct identities and requirements of their various collaborators.

This flexibility not only ensured a consistent and cohesive user journey but also allowed Lynx to provide a personalized touch, reinforcing their commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare experiences for all.

Recognizing Lynx’s collaboration with various companies, we developed a design system that would not only uphold their essence but could also be seamlessly replicated across all partner brands, ensuring a unified experience for the end-user.

the outcome & conclusion

Our mutual endeavors led to the creation of a platform that not only elevated the user experience but also automated design components across all brand interfaces. This synchronization ensured a consistent and intuitive user journey, irrespective of the brand they engaged with.
